AHJ updates

Solargraf is now updated with the latest changes in Colorado, Illinois, Oregon, Michigan and Maryland.

Colorado

Boulder city: Development in Boulder requires conformance with all adopted building codes, all land use regulations, and the city’s design and construction standards. These codes, rules and regulations comprise the minimum standards required for development in the city. Read more.

Illinois

Des Plains: New codes adopted Chicago codes. Please review it here.

Oregon

Lane County: The Energy Efficiency code has been updated to 2025 Oregon Energy Efficiency Specialty Code (OEESC).

Michigan

Lowell City: The Michigan state adopts the new code of 10th Edition from 1st July 2025.

Maryland

Cecil County: The City adopted new NEC codes effective from 2nd Aug’2025. Please review it here.

Utility updates

Utilities from Illinois have made significant changes.

State Utility Name Public/Internal Description
Illinois Ameren Internal
  • Polaris Tap is not allowed in this Utility
  • The raceway for the tap conductors must be GRC or IMC conduit
  • PVC is only allowed if it is underground installation
