Managed Services - Pay as You Go

The following guide provides information on the managed services, pay as you go subscription offered on Solargraf.

Services Offered by Enphase

  • Proposal as a Service (PaaS). Enphase offers a service to installers who prefer that their solar designs and proposals are completed by a third party. This service includes the completion of a solar design, and/or battery design, as well as the CAD drawings reuqired to obtain a permit from the AHJ.
  • The benefits of the PaaS service includes:
    • Reducing soft costs. It eliminates the need for in-house designers or design tools.
    • Quality Assurance. No trial and error from sales reps, and a design is delivered by experienced enphase engineers.
    • Speed. We provide an expedited turnaround time to meet SLAs.
    • Growh. The PaaS service allows you to ramp-up your prospoal volume during peak seasons.
    • Market Expansion. It provides the opportunity to expand operations in different regions and meet state jurisdiction requirements.
    • Revisions. We streamline the flow of change orders and minimize the requirement for human involvement.

PaaS Only Plan

  • On a PaaS only plan, clients will only have the option to order a proposal when they land on the pre-design page. They will not see the option to create their own designs.
  • Account tailor must be completed by a sales rep priori to ordering an proposals, to ensure the proposals delivered are complete.
  • There are two system types a client can choose from: 1) Utility Bill Offset or 2) Max-fit design.
  • You can order up to 3 different designs at a time, as well as include comments to our design team about your preferences or requirements.

Pricing and SLA

  • There are two types of managed services plans, one for permits and one for proposals.
  • Clients on a proposal as a service (PaaS) plan do not have access to the design tool prior to submitting an order.
    • The standard cost for a proposal is $20.
    • The standard turnaround time is 24 hours.
    • Expedited SLA is 30 minutes - 4 hours, offered only to larger accounts.
    • Custom pricing for PaaS is offered based on volume commitments.
    • To change the pricing or availability of expedited servies, clients must reach out to their sales representative.

Onboarding & Support Process

  • You must speak with a sales representative to sign up for a PaaS only or permits only plan.
  • You will complete the account tailoring with the help of your sales representatives.
  • For large clients, we offer a call with our design team to discuss your design preferences for your proposals.
  • You will also be assigned a partner success manager (PSM) who will complete the onboarding call with you and monitor the health of your account. If you have any questions or would like to report an issue, you may reach out to your PSM.
