What changes from the Settings page are retroactive?

The following changes automatically apply to all existing projects:

• Company logo

• Company name

• Company license numbers

• Contact information

• Website

• Modifications to existing loan options listed under Financial Options Offered to Clients

• New loans added under Financial Options Offered to Clients (note: after adding a new loan, you must make it visible at the project level by clicking the green plus button)

• Pricing table updates (these apply once the system design is refreshed or updated)

What changes to the proposal template are retroactive?

When you update your proposal template in Company Settings, you can choose whether to apply those changes to existing projects.

After making updates, you will see two options:

• Save Changes – Applies changes going forward only.

• Save & Apply Retroactively – Applies changes to eligible existing projects.

If you select Save & Apply Retroactively, you will be prompted to define a time range (for example: “Apply the current settings to all unsigned projects created in the last X months”).

Before applying the update, the system will confirm how many projects will be impacted.

How do I remove the logo from my company account?

The logo cannot be completely removed from your company account. If you do not want a visible logo, you can upload a fully transparent .PNG file instead.

What is the maximum logo size I can upload?

Supported file types include: .JPEG, .PNG, .TIFF, and .GIF.

The recommended logo size for Solargraf is 500 x 500 pixels.
