Features Added
Design tool
- Ground-mount auto stringing support
Auto stringing is now available for ground-mount designs, with an option to allow or prevent strings from jumping between rows. This adds more flexibility for ground-mount layouts. - 3-phase Enphase microinverter auto stringing for C&I
Auto stringing now supports commercial and industrial designs that use 3-phase Enphase microinverters. This extends automated electrical layout support to more complex project types and helps reduce manual stringing effort. - Commercial project performance enhancements
Manual panel placement, array resizing, auto-fill/max-fit actions, and roof facet height editing are now faster and more responsive on large designs. This reduces wait times when working on complex commercial projects and improves roof modeling for larger, more detailed layouts. - Lidar dataset selection
Available lidar and DSM datasets can now be selected in the new design tool experience. This supports selection of the most suitable data source for a site.
Proposal template
- Comparison chart section in proposals
The comparison chart can now be added as its own section in advanced proposal templates. This makes design or financing comparisons easier to present directly inside the proposal.
Permits
- Expanded permit stamping to Canada
Structural (SE) and electrical (EE) permit stamping eligibility has been expanded to residential projects in Canada. Wet stamps remain available for U.S. projects only.
Financing
- Concert Loan products
Concert loan products are now available in Solargraf. Activate Concert in company settings and import available loan products into your financing options. Monthly payments for Concert loans are calculated and displayed on the webquote.
From the project overview, run a QuickCheck (soft credit check) and, if approved, submit a full loan application. Once approved, legal documents can be generated and sent to the customer for e-signature via email. Application status (pending, approved, documents generated, signed, etc.) updates in real time. Post-signature actions like change orders and cancellations are also supported.
Utility
- EnFin TPO custom tariff support
EnFin TPO now supports projects that use custom tariffs in Texas and Florida. In these deregulated markets, standard Genability tariffs may not accurately reflect local rates. Design options using a custom tariff can now be selected when applying for EnFin from the project overview page. Pricing and product eligibility are calculated correctly for custom tariff projects in these states.
