Financing enhancements

LightReach TPO - Send application to homeowner:
Send LightReach TPO applications to homeowners via a secure email link. While the application is with the homeowner, the application section is read-only with options to resend the link (reminder) or pull it back. Status updates automatically on submission with an email notification when complete.

Goodleap TPO - Change order notifications:
A warning now appears before submitting a Goodleap change order if the updates may trigger a customer-facing notification, helping avoid unexpected homeowner communications.

Concert TPO - System expansion support:
Propel financing is now available for system expansion projects in California, with eligibility checks for power export limits and approved hardware.

Custom lease - % of current utility bill:
Custom leases can now be modeled based on a percentage of the customer's current utility bill, providing a new rate type option that calculates monthly payments from the homeowner's existing utility costs with escalator support.

Enhanced document management

Document templates now support an auto-import setting to automatically include selected documents in new projects.

Timeline placeholders are now available for document templates, allowing milestone titles, descriptions, and payment amounts to populate automatically from the project timeline.

The DocuSign Certificate of Completion can now be downloaded directly within Solargraf. Click the download icon in the document status history for any signed project sent via DocuSign.

Mandatory checkbox placeholders can now be added to DocuSign templates, requiring homeowners to check a box (e.g., accepting terms and conditions) before signing.

Proposal template enhancements

The Solargraf Advanced Template is now available as the recommended proposal template with full inline editing for all built-in sections. Older templates have been renamed (Classic, Old) with adjusted capabilities, and newly created or cloned templates inherit advanced editing features.

A new opacity setting for chart backgrounds is available under advanced customization.

Design tool enhancements

You can now edit the pitch of multiple roof facets at once by selecting them together, instead of editing each facet individually.

Sol enhancements

The Sol chatbot now displays source references in its responses, linking to knowledge base articles and external resources.

Pricing enhancements

You can now define multiple solar price tables per state, enabling different pricing tiers within the same state.

API enhancements

A new webhook for site assessment completion notifies you via your CRM when a site assessment is completed on a project.

Other features

• Improved project search enables faster results and allows searching by homeowner phone number.
• Monthly financing payment for the 1st year is now shown in the comparison chart pop-up in webquote.
• You can now add an inverter from the new toolbar.
• The CEC-AC rating now appears on the new proposal template.
• You can now manage battery pricing and availability more precisely in settings, including selecting which batteries you are currently selling.
