Send a LightReach TPO Financing application

Once the LightReach integration is complete by following the steps in this article, you can submit an application from the project page. To do so, follow the steps below:
Design and apply template
- Go to your project's Solar Design tab via the drawing tool and click on the gear icon located at the top navigation bar.

- A window will open, click on the Loses tab and select the LightReach Template previously created as seen below.
Note: If you don’t see the LightReach template, it’s possible that a step in the integration process was missed. Please review the steps outlined in this article to ensure everything was completed correctly or reach out to your administrator to do so.

- Set the DC to AC Ratio to 1.5 and Ground Coverage Ratio to 0.40

- Save your changes.
Enable LightReach TPO
LightReach options must be enabled at the project level, as the availability of certain products depends on the specific address and its associated utility provider.
- In your project overview navigate to Financing options.

- Scroll down to Lease and select View available leases and import the desired TPO products.

- Using the checkboxes, enable the necessary lease options for this project. You may also select all at once to enable them at once.

- Save your changes.
Select a Lease Product
- Choose a LightReach lease product on the webquote to view monthly payments and other details.

- Once you have selected a Lease option, go to the top right menu and select the Actions icon. (
) - Click on View payment plans.

- Review the pricing and make your selection.

Click Update to save changes.
- Once satisfied with the pricing, send the quote to the homeowner.
Apply for TPO
- On the Project Overview page, click Apply next to LightReach TPO.

- Select the financial option, fill out the form with the applicant and sales rep details.

- Verify the information.
- Review and accept the Terms & Conditions and submit the application.

Post-Application Actions
- Check the status of the pre-approval after submission.
- If pre-approved, add design and utility details to complete the application.
- Modify the project as needed and submit a change order from the application status page. Solargraf will pre-fill details from the latest design.
- Request Lightreach to send documents to the homeowner after submitting the utility and design details.
