How to use Everbright Financing with Solargraf
Published on 30 May 2024
Everbright has authorized the use of Solargraf Shade Reports and Solar Access Values. Below are steps to guide Everbright installers on locating this information and submitting it to Everbright.
1.Create a solar design in Solargraf as you normally would. Ensure that the arrays are accurately placed on the correct roof sections, as this design will need to be replicated in the Everbright platform.
2. Once you have placed the panels in your design, click the Download icon in the top menu in the Solar design page.

3. This will reveal the right-side menu containing downloadable reports. Everbright specifically needs the Shade Report, which includes the Solar Access Values necessary for estimating production.

4. A new tab will open displaying the shade report. Download and save this report, then share it on the Everbright platform.
5. In the Everbright platform, navigate to the Project tab and recreate the design as accurately as possible, mirroring the design you created in the Solargraf platform.
6. In each of the roof sections you can turn off the Azimuth and Tilt toggles to off (highlighted by the red arrow). Then enter the values from Solargraf for Azimuth and Tilt as shown below in green boxes and yellow boxes respectively.

7. Similarly in the Everbright portal for each array, go to the Shading & Solar Access section so you can toggle off the Auto Detect (shown in the red arrow below) and enter the yearly average (orange box) and monthly details (blue box) for each array as shown in the shade report you downloaded from Solargraf.

Please keep the Solargraf shade report, as you will need it as one of the requirements of the payment milestones by Everbright, which the Solargraf shade report will be submitted as proof of the overwritten numbers in Everbright.
