Concert Loans are now supported directly within Solargraf. If your company already has an active Concert Financing API integration, you can import and present any Concert loan products your organization is approved to offer homeowners — no additional integration setup is required.

Prerequisites

• An active Concert Financing API integration
• Concert approval for the loan products you wish to offer
• Access to Solargraf Settings

How to enable Concert Loans

1. Navigate to Settings > Financing Options.

2. Scroll to the Loans section.

3. Locate the Concert Financing logo.

4. Click View Available Loans.

5. Select the loan products you'd like to make available in proposals.

6. Designate any default options as needed.

7. Once enabled, your selected loan products will automatically be available for use in Solargraf proposals.

Good to know

• No new integration needed
  Your existing Concert Financing API integration continues to work as normal.
• Only approved products appear
  You'll only see loan products your organization is approved to offer through Concert.
• Missing loan products?
  Confirm your Concert approvals are active and up to date. If the Concert Financing logo isn't visible at all, verify your API integration is active.
